What is the story ?

The why?

My friend experienced frustration while trying to sell her property in Pedasí. She had already lowered the price of her beloved home and was reluctant to pay realtor fees and commissions. She felt she was doing most of the work in showcasing her house.

She asked me if I would consider providing a service for private sellers and landlords to showcase their properties simply and affordably. While there are Facebook and WhatsApp groups that offer this opportunity, international buyers or interested parties may not want to join or may lack access to these groups. In such cases, a website is the best option.

Other friends found more ideal places once they got to know the local community through word of mouth, and they had already signed contracts by the time they made their decisions.

My family and I also struggled to find a comprehensive list of rental properties online. We were stuck in another country, unfamiliar with the local area, and unsure which town we wanted to settle in. It was a nightmare, and we had to wait until we arrived to start our search. That was six years ago and things have changed a lot but people still have to join local WhatsApp and Facebook groups in their identified areas of interest to get information.

People wishing to sell privately often have limited options for showcasing their properties to an audience outside of Panama. Many individuals are struggling, and every cent of their hard-earned money counts. Why not consider selling or renting privately? Lawyers typically handle most transactions anyway!

We aimed to make it affordable for private sellers and landlords. The initial fee to add your property is $25, followed by a small monthly fee of $10—nothing compared to realtor commissions and fees.

More information can be found on the Info page, but here it is in a nutshell: As an owner or landlord, you simply fill out a form and submit your information. You can decide how long you would like your property to be listed on the site.

We charge an initial fee of $25 to add your property to our site, which includes photographs and a video if you have one. After that, there is a monthly fee of $10 to keep your listing active.

Buyers and individuals searching for rentals can view the property information and contact the owners or landlords directly.

We only list the property and provide the contact details for the owner or landlord. It is up to you to proceed further. We encourage you to share the link to your property in your local WhatsApp groups and Facebook pages for maximum exposure. While we will post the link to your listing in some WhatsApp and Facebook groups, we are limited by group rules, so the best option is for you to promote the link as much as possible.
